Ukrainian forces strike Energia plant in Yelets, damaging workshop for Russian weapons components
Ukrainian forces attacked the Energia plant in Yelets, Lipetsk Oblast, on 25 October and during the night of 26 October. The strike hit a workshop producing power components for Russian weapons and caused a fire. Ukrainian sources say the damage could complicate the production of guided aerial bombs, Iskander-M systems and other Russian armaments.
